That's unsafe driving for you.
There's a seemingly logical mistake made when NA takes shortcuts. With Mazda MX-5's commonly low clearance, it should be experiencing some trouble doing that. But you're the author here.
And what are those ugly legs in the end? Ugh.

They are supposed to be a smoke finish line that appears in some racing games such as NFS Hot pursuit 2010, and I do have the plan to add a moving smoke later on because I've finally learned how to make a smoke in After Effect

Well, it actually uses almost the same frames every once again, so, such ones excluded, it's just of the right length for a .gif. This is funny anyway.

There are quite enough frames for a good animation, and the drawing is nice.

The voiceover might be a little bit better.

Are those sheets really like that? The Meow would like to keep his bones for himself at any rate.
The music is really nice, and the drawing is good, but the animation is somewhat edgy. The idea is nice too, but certain parts spur unnecessary confusion.

That's quite weird but also cozy. Not sure if the sound distortion was made on purpose or out of worse quality, but it seems to be fitting well. The animation is a bit rough at some spots, but it's appealing overall.
